YOUR TASKS

  • Overall responsibility for all core processes in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and offboarding at our Markdorf site
  • Comprehensive support and guidance for employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Advising managers on all HR-related and labor law matters
  • Responsibility for and execution of the entire recruitment process
  • Active participation in and implementation of company-wide HR strategies and processes, as well as the development of new concepts in employer branding, recruiting, and talent development
  • HR controlling and responsibility for the HR budget

  • Supervision of training programs for commercial apprenticeships and dual students

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed studies with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in generalist HR work within a dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations
  • Independent, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
  • High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
  • Confident demeanor and strong assertiveness
  • Excellent social and problem-solving skills
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong proficiency in MS Office
  • AEVO certification desirable
