YOUR TASKS

Responsibility for the comprehensive order processing of our international customers as well as our subsidiaries
Creation of required customs and shipping documents
Monitoring delivery dates and coordinating shipments
Providing telephone and written support and consultation to our customers in German and English
Managing returns and complaints
Preparing quotes and cost estimates
Supporting team leadership in the continuous optimization of processes and procedures
Handling, organizing, and maintaining master data for our online merchant portal

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or similar qualification
Several years of professional experience in order processing and customs execution
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken; Spanish and/or French skills are an advantage
Customer-oriented working approach
